Taz is a qualified Social Worker. She is a current member of the Australian Association of Social Workers with experience supporting individuals with diverse needs. She has in-depth understanding of psychology and mental health concepts, as well as experience applying a variety of behavioural and counseling methods, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.

Taz has extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety. Some other areas of her expertise are domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, complex trauma, attachment disorders, infidelity and relationships. She is also open to working with client’s who are seeking a short-term intervention to help them navigate their way through certain challenges or goals.

Taz’s ability to analyse each client’s individual needs and build a personalised treatment plan utilising collaborative and creative ways, ensuring that it is given in a way that compliments her client’s learning styles, sets her apart from other therapists. Additionally, her ability to provide services on a 24 hour basis allowing accessibility and flexibility for all.
